We are pleased to announce that we have finalized the acquisition of Allequin, the equine product portfolio of the German company Almapharm.
Founded in 1973 in the Allgäu region of Germany, Almapharm specializes in animal nutritional supplements. Today, the company is one of the leading players in this field in Germany, supporting veterinarians with products tailored to their daily practice, including its equine range, Allequin.
As part of a strategic decision to refocus its activities on the companion animal segment, Almapharm has chosen to discontinue its equine business. In this context, Audevard naturally stepped forward to take over the Allequin range, ensuring the continuity and further development of these well-established products.
For more than ten years, Audevard has been present in Germany as a laboratory entirely dedicated to equine health, providing veterinarians with leading medicines such as Equioxx, Imaverol, Ekyflogyl, Nexmectin, and Nexpraz, as well as a comprehensive range of veterinary complementary feeds.
The integration of the Allequin products further strengthens our portfolio in Germany and reinforces our commitment to supporting veterinarians with innovative and reliable solutions for equine health in Europe.
